We are proud to welcome our first cohort of six young women from the Teshie Children’s Home in Accra, Ghana. These girls, between the ages of 12 and 15, are the foundation of what the Rising Leaders Program was built for, young people with potential, drive, and a future worth investing in.  Over the course of nine months, participants are paired with a dedicated mentor and take part in sessions designed to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and expand their vision of what is possible. From goal setting to self discovery, the program meets them where they are and grows with them.                         

This first cohort is more than a pilot. It is a beginning. Their journey represents our commitment to showing up for young people who deserve consistent support, genuine encouragement, and the tools to lead the life they choose.                        

 What began at the Teshie Children’s Home in Accra is a model we intend to grow, reaching more young people across Africa and beyond and proving that when you invest in a young person, the impact extends far further than one life.
